Our bespoke made GRP stair nosing is just 2mm thick but provides a highly effective and durable anti-slip surface. The tough GRP profiled cover of our anti-slip stair nosing is coated in a combination of premium quality aluminium oxide and resin components. This will provide your staircase with an optimum grip underfoot to help safeguard those who use it.

Are you in need of some slip resistant yellow step edging for a fire exit staircase? Or perhaps you want to introduce some outdoor stair nosing for some steps outside of your business premises. Our solution is designed specifically to reduce the risk of slipping on step edges. Unlike anti-slip tapes and paints, it offers an almost permanent solution to the reduction of slip hazards.

Each of our GRP stair nosing panels can be laid and fixed using a combination of adhesive/sealant and fasteners. This effectively fixes, bonds and seal the edges, preventing any ingress of moisture. The stair nosing profiles may be cut and finished to specified sizes prior to delivery or simply cut to size on-site. This makes installation even more straight forward.

In conformance with parts M1/M2 of the Building Regulations and Equality Act legislation (formerly Disability Discrimination Act), all stair nosings are made apparent by means of a permanently contrasting material on both the tread and riser. In addition to this, the surfaces are firm, highly durable and slip-resistant.
