SummaryWe were asked by the client, a civil engineering contractor, to manufacture two circular sections of GRP open mesh grating to cover valve and interceptor chambers on this new build project. The smaller of the covers was manufactured in two pieces, whilst the larger was done in six.
The gritted top surface of the open mesh grating provides a highly durable anti-slip surface. The grating panels are lightweight, allowing for easy removal and very strong. As GRP does not corrode, they provide a long, maintenance free life span.
The standard grey finish of the components is in keeping with the existing metal structures. Drawings submitted prior to prefabrication in our factory allowed for the installation to take place in one day.

Collections of orders from our workshops are possible, by prior arrangement only please and visitors are reminded to observe the standard 2m distancing rules, for the safety of all.
