Construction Methods

GRP Ladders for Safe Access

GRP fixed access ladder systems are designed for use in all manner of industrial and commercial settings. They comply to all the relevant standards and provide a safe, virtually maintenance-free and cost-effective alternative to wood or steel access ladders.

GRP ladders are perfectly suited to interior or exterior use and in corrosive environments found in the water, waste & chemical industries. Composite fixed access ladders are available in the following configurations:

1. Internal Access Ladders or Manhole Ladders e.g. for underground inspection chambers (manholes)

Bespoke Fixed Access Ladders

Structural components for your GRP access ladders are available in steel grey or high visibility safety yellow. They provide all the advantages of light weight, high strength and durability, coupled with corrosion resistance, electrical non-conductance with a long service life.

Fixed access ladders may be fully or partially assembled prior to delivery for immediate installation. The relative light weight of components makes the product ideal for transportation, handling and installation.
